The engagement
A five-person MBA consulting team, working under faculty supervision, engaged by Amadeus, the global travel technology company, on a strategic study on the implications of AI for travel distribution.
How we worked
Over eight weeks, we combined industry and market analysis, cross-sector benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews across Amadeus functions, structured around milestone reviews with the sponsor team. The engagement concluded with a written strategic study and an executive presentation to Amadeus.
What I did
Market research and competitive analysis, contributions to the strategic recommendations, and design and build of an internal analysis dashboard supporting the team's work.
